Pricing:

We reserve the right to change any price or policy at our discretion.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Shillington, PA,  USA via UPS, USPS or Federal Express.

Use of other carriers may result in additional handling charges.

International Orders:

All international orders must be pre-paid before shipping.  International orders will be shipped upon confirmation of payment by wire transfer, Visa or MasterCard.

Return Policy:

All sales are deemed final. Returns must be pre-approved by B and C Creations and require a return authorization (RA) number. Returns must be received by B and C Creations within 30 days of receipt of an RA number. Returned items are subject to inspection and a 20% restocking charge. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Any order placed with B and C Creations is considered to be a complete recognition of and agreement to the terms and conditions stated above.
